Who would be the best person to lead the daily clinical meeting for new admissions?
A:
This may differ from facility to facility. The person would preferably be a clinician who has the most knowledge of the newly admitted patient(s). While this is usually the DON, in some cases it is another member of nursing management or the Admission Coordinator.
