Contact Hours Requested: 4.0 (each part is 1.0-total is 4.0-must attend each to receive total)
Attendees can register for each session or all 4 session together. CEUs will be awarded per session after completion of the 4th session – unless attendee requests certificate prior to the final session. Sessions will be recorded and provided to attendees after each session. In order to be eligible for CEUs attendees must: register and log into each session with their name and email address, be active during the webinar and complete the assessment within 7 days of the session (not the series).
CEUs have been applied for through CCB, CHH; AOTA for OT and COTA; State of Illinois for PT and PTA; and ASHA for SLP.
