Evansville, IN – Proactive LTC Consulting (Proactive), a leading provider of nursing home support services, is proud to announce a merger with Leading Transitions Post Acute Care Consultation & Staffing (LTPAC). The united entity will continue to serve clients nationwide as Proactive LTC Consulting, with its headquarters based in Evansville, IN.
Proactive’s President, Amie Martin, will lead operations for the newly merged company, while former LTPAC CEO, Rosanna Benbow, will serve as Regional Director.
Benbow expressed her enthusiasm about the merger, saying, “We are excited to expand our ability to serve long term care clients with even greater resources. Joining Proactive’s talented group of nurse consultants will help us to provide even better services to clients for 5-Star quality and reimbursement accuracy.”
Benbow built LTPAC on the foundation of her strong clinical reimbursement expertise, with the company specializing in MDS consulting and Interim MDS services.
Since 2011, Proactive’s clinical, MDS, and operations experts have provided support, training, and resources to optimize post-acute clinical quality and operational outcomes. Their service portfolio includes SNF/LTC training, clinical reimbursement audits, MDS consulting, 5-Star support, mock surveys, legal nurse consulting, and medical review services.
LTPAC’s capabilities in hybrid-remote MDS interim staffing and reimbursement consulting compliment Proactive’s existing LTC clinical reimbursement support services.
