Q:
Do you know how providers should handle the October claims that are either overpaying or underpaying since PDPM went into effect?
A:
To be sure, I suggest you inquire with the MAC. But CMS has indicated that they are aware of under/over payments and that providers do not need to take action; CMS will automatically reprocess the claim.
