Noncompliance with QAPI, trauma-informed care, and resident safety, including abuse, neglect, and exploitation, will be identified by surveyors using new survey guidance beginning on October 24, 2022. Providers should take the initiative to learn about the resources available to them and use the research methods outlined in the CE pathways to prepare.
