This 12-month webinar series runs January-December 2023 and focuses on skill building for serving effectively as LongTerm Care Department Heads with an emphasis on effective leadership, operations, and systems in the LTC setting. This session will discuss strategies for the Rehabilitation Services Department leader to facilitate systems and processes to achieve and maintain a Thriving Therapy Department. Topics will includes managing the physical department and equipment, integrating effective therapy clinical programs to drive facility Quality Measures promoting reimbursement accuracy, key training considerations for rehab, productivity and efficiency, effective facility meetings and interdepartmental communication, and facilitating safe discharge transitions.
