This session reviews key components of an effective SNF Compliance & Ethics Program with emphasis on establishing core program procedures and written program manual contents. Training will include a review of fundamental program tasks,
key policies and procedures, and responsibilities of compliance leadership. A sample table of contents of a program manual and program self-assessment checklist tool will be reviewed. New and seasoned compliance staff will benefit from this session as a guide to establishing a program for the first time, or as part of the periodic review process to determine the effectiveness of an existing program. This session serves as the foundation for future sessions in the SNF CompliancePro Primer series.
