Registration is good for one individual to attend the live workshop and receive CEUs through the Kentucky Board of Nursing.
Course Description
This workshop will assist SNF providers in effectively designing and implementing a QAPI program in the nursing facility setting. Participants will gain the skills needed to improve quality nursing care and quality of life of nursing facility residents through emphasis on identification of facility-specific opportunity areas and dynamic performance improvement activities. Participants will gain knowledge to enhance the effectiveness of QAPI program activities and interdisciplinary team participation.

- Understand the fundamental components of a QAPI program
- Describe a process for establishing priority QAPI goals based on facility specific risk prioritization
- Describe methods that can be used in performance improvement efforts
- Describe facility team member roles and responsibilities related to QAPI program implementation
- Understand how QAPI activities can be used to improve quality metrics

Contact Hours
Up to 6.5 hours Nursing CE hours through Kentucky Board of Nursing. Proactive Medical Review & Consultants, LLC is an approved provider of continuing education by the Kentucky Board of Nursing, #5-0065. To receive the 6.5 contact hours, you must complete the entire program. Certificates may be printed once the program evaluation is submitted. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to info@proactivemedicalreview.com. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Cancellations received no later than 24 hours before the webinar start time will receive a full refund. Registrants who do not attend or who do not complete the full seminar will not receive a refund unless prior written notice is given to the Proactive Medical Review office. Attendance for the full workshop required to receive certificate of attendance at close of the event. Partial attendance may be granted based on time actually attended.
