This 6-week masterclass is designed to equip skilled nursing facility (SNF) professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to drive Quality Measures (QMs) through the pursuit of clinical excellence. Each week, participants will delve into critical aspects of resident care that directly impact QMs, from comprehensive assessments and care planning to preventing adverse events and managing chronic conditions.
Through a combination of expert insights, evidence-based strategies, and real-world case studies, this series will empower healthcare providers to enhance clinical outcomes, reduce negative events, and elevate their facility’s QM performance. Participants will also learn how to integrate Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) processes, leverage data driven decision-making, and sustain long-term improvements through continuous staff education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
