Contact Hours Requested: 4.0 (each part is 1.0 – total is 4.0 – must attend each to receive total)
Target Audience: Post-Acute PT, PTA, OT, OTA, SLP, Therapy Operators, SNF/LTC Administrators, Business Office, etc.
Attendees can register for each session or all 4 sessions together. CEUs will be awarded per session after completion of the 4th session – unless attendee requests certificate prior to the final session. Sessions will be recorded and provided to attendees after each session. In order to be eligible for CEUs attendees must: register and log into each session with their name and email address, be active during the webinar and complete the assessment within 7 days of the session (not the series).
CEUs have been applied for through CCB for CHC; AOTA for OT and COTA; State of Illinois for PT and PTA; and ASHA for SLP.
