This 1.25 hour live webinar session will focus on exploring the April 2019 revisions to the three domains of the CMS 5 Star Quality Rating System: Health Inspections, Staffing, and Quality Measures. These significant changes include changes to the number of surveys used in the Health Inspection Calculation, changes related to RN staffing and measures used in the Quality Measure rating. You will learn how the health inspection, staffing, quality measure, and overall rating is calculated. Tips on how to analyze your data and develop plans to achieve 5-Star status will be discussed.
