Roadmap to 5-Star Wins
This series will focus on exploring the three domains of the CMS 5 Star Quality Rating System: Health Inspections, Staffing, and Quality Measures, as well as a review of the SNF QRP program. Attendees will deepen knowledge in calculation of the health inspection, staffing, quality measure and overall rating. Tips on how to analyze your data and key insights to develop stepwise work plans to achieve 5-Star status will be discussed, along with application of the elements of QAPI process to improve and sustain facility 5-Star Ratings.

Nursing Home Administrators, Director of Nursing, Nursing Leadership, Facility Department Managers, RAI Coordinator, QA Director.
