This comprehensive 6-week series will provide the LTC/AL team with detailed fall management program components to effectively reduce fall risk, occurrences and possible fall-related injuries. Topics will include QAPI systems to drive improved safety, keys to better fall risk assessments, insights into effective Root Cause Analysis, intervention selection that target individual resident risk factors, developing comprehensive fall management care plans, & elevating staff engagement in fall prevention efforts.

- June 24 – Getting to the “Root” of the Fall with Root Cause Analysis
- July 1 – Addressing Fall Root Causes with Targeted Interventions
- July 8 – Engaging the IDT Troops in Fall Management
- July 15 – Care Planning Strategies for Achieving Success
- July 22 – QAPI Tactics for Sustaining Positive Outcomes
