Advanced MDS Accuracy: Accelerating QM, SNF QRP, and VPN Performance

This comprehensive workshop is designed for established team members seeking to advance insights and depth of knowledge into driving the effectiveness of critical assessment, documentation and quality programs in the SNF.  The training begins with a focus on Minimum Data Set (MDS) coding, emphasizing accuracy, compliance, and clinical integrity and ICD-10 coding accuracy. On day 2 the training transitions into Quality Measure and Quality Reporting programs with a deep dive into Five Star QM, SNF QRP and VBP.  The course emphasizes real-world application, regulatory updates, and strategies to optimize quality outcomes and financial performance.

Through interactive case studies, and hands-on exercises, learners will gain the skills necessary to navigate evolving CMS guidelines, improve interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensure data integrity across clinical and administrative workflows.
